F1!

I hope it’s not crowded as hell.

Will be going on Sunday (also possibly Friday too with my bro) with Mr Veera who said it “[was] so awesome”, ahaahahah… I was worried that I wouldn’t know anyone who would be interested. When my parents split up the tickets for us, I was totally fan2 nao3 what the hell to do with these tickets. Yay Veera, thanks for joining =)

My colleague also going and she’ll also be at the Bay Grandstand. Maybe we’ll see each other heheh.

I was running tonight with my colleagues along the River and there were more and more barriers. Saw a lot of angmo guys on foot and bikes reccie-ing the place up. They were all in team shirts, heh. Also, angmo people were sure out in force in the Clarke Quay area.

Many ghostly/weird white blob laterns hung around the park across from Victoria Hall/Theatre. Did you know that I found out from this guy who was working on the National Gallery that the reason why they closed Victoria Hall/Theatre is because the ground is sinking and that really sucks for water seepage and stuff. So they have to fix it up. Apparently the land around the river is really horrible to build stuff on.

I saw mr brown’s picture of the F1 racetrack lit up. Hahah, they really know how to waste electricity! But it’s also kinda cool in a way. Wasting electricity. Cool.

I really am sorta out of shape but not as bad as two weeks ago. Didn’t really get winded as I ran. I only hate that they switch off the aircon by the time I got back to the office.

Also, it’s the beginning of the birthday season. I know a lot of end of year babies (especially in November). What is it with people having excessive sex in the winter months? Hahahah… I hope I can wish everyone a happy birthday at the right time but if not, please accept my apologies in advance if I don’t.

(Come to think of it, I will be 24 years old in 4 months’ time. OTOH, I know more people who are older than me so I’ll still be the younger amongst the lot. INCLUDING that old man Veera, bwahahaahah…)

And I haven’t really seen Huey online at all. Hope she’s okay. Are you okay? Don’t get piled under work. Or did you really fall ill? [Addendum: She was doing stuff with her palms the past few days. We don't want to go there.]

My dear, I haven’t been in school for 2 years and it’s hard to remember exactly what it is Dr Leong taught. However, he’s of the school of thought that doesn’t believe there’s anything that can be apolitical so I’m sure he’s been very clear on the kind of view he has.

But with short answer questions, I’m afraid that they are more often than not the kind you can’t smoke your way through. There is no easy way about it. I wish you the best of luck.
