Too good to be true

I guess the offer was too good to be true.

Dear Chiu, Bonnie,

An error on the www.dell.com.sg online store recently saw Dell incorrectly deduct a SG$310 from the total price of certain products where an original discount of SG$192 was offered to Singaporean customers.

Dell would like to advise you that this was a genuine mistake; Dell has not accepted your order and will not be processing payment against your credit card for the incorrect amount.

If you would like to proceed to purchase the product at the correct price of SG$238, please respond via email with your phone contact no. to HSB_Online_Req_APCC@dell.com within the next 24 hours and we will get a Dell representative to call you and take you through the ordering process.

The standard terms and conditions listed on Dell’s on-line store state that while all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Thanks and regards,

Dell Singapore
