I can’t decide if I like it or not. On the one hand, I love the creaminess, but the whiskey gets a bit too much after awhile. So have to drink damn slowly. >_> Not saying I’m a guzzler but it takes me awhile to finish less than half a cup. Maybe I should mix it with something else, hahah.
If they had a non-alcoholic Baileys, maybe I’d down it faster, wahahahahahah. I have a weakness for creamy drinks. I still remember with fondness the free French vanilla they dispensed at Crew’s Cafe in Seaworld. Sigh… I’d have it whenever it was cold outside (well, even when it wasn’t hahah). I still remember the day when there was a huge storm (there was a typhoon brewing at the coast, I guess) and I was just soaked to the bone and there was my French vanilla for me. >_< The raincoat, they do nothing >_<. But it was great, something to remember.
I had my commencement today and it was kinda sad since I only knew Melanie, Jon and Darren there. >_< But by some stroke of good luck, she sat right beside me! I really didn’t know any of the other sociology majors. Maybe the ones I do know are all going on to do their honours or they’re my juniors. Or maybe we’re just a big cohort. I was kinda sad not to see my favourite prof there. Ah well, but at least Prof Straughn and Dr. G was there! The valedictorian was funny and said things that sounds more like the kinda things you say to your friends than in front of hundreds of people. But that was cool, hahah. It was less boring than expected (perhaps my expectations were pulled very low by JB, hahah) so I did enjoy the ritualistic aspects of it. And I got to indulge in my weakness for guys in long-sleeved shirts and tie. *Happy ashke*
I also finally went to the IKEA nearby, hahah. I had my favourite meatballs and salmon there (my brother and I shared the 2 plates). Going to the Giant supermarket reminded me of the Wal-marts and other huge supermarkets in the US. I guess I kinda miss WAT after all.
And I’m tired. What is it that’s making me feel so tired these days? Sigh. Going to sleep le. Good night all.

Congrats!! Woohoo, we are all grad-ed le! My valedictorian was a double major in XXX(??I couldnt rmb this really) and Japanese Studies. He even gave half of his speech in Japanese, of which I could understand key words like “arigato”, “sen-sei”, “senpai” etc etc…Not exactly a handsome man but he is damn cute when he smiles. Was yours shuai?? For my course its like 90% girls in my batch so not much food for the eye dun even mention candy for the eye. SAD!
Mine was funny hahah (so he’s funny-cute?), he calls himself a ‘man of few words’ and kept saying he never expected to be chosen to represent our cohort, lol. But I think yours is also quite special, hahah, bilingual speech!
I guess there were slightly more guys in the audience (all from political science bah, hahahha) in my day, though I’ve noticed a lot of the soci majors are girls.
Yes! Congrats to us all wahahah, no more school le!

V: Hahah, iirc, my speaker talked about the ‘small things’ and the everyday experiences at NUS. Hahha, I think I almost sat beside two of my friends but the other one didn’t come for commencement (when we were about to go on stage, I saw her name just ahead of me).
G: Is it? Hahah, I take forever to finish a cup (I was also accused of diluting it with ice >_<). LOL.
