Busy Week & Really Random Stuff

Gaah, I hate it when it’s the tutorial week. And it gets worse with the project deadlines coming up… I also accepted a lobang to help out at a talk but it’s going to take up two evenings. Furthermore, still got to meet up with Gerald and the rest on Friday.

Hopefully I survive…  >_<

I guess everyone is busy too.

I also got a bit of a pimple outbreak. It’s very mild compared to when I was a teenager but it’s still as annoying as ever. Sigh.

I like my hugs very much.

Someone just asked me about Seaworld and Florida… I miss living there.

On a related note, I got mad all over again looking at HDB policies. Discrimination against singles! Gaaah!

Period pains are not fun.

Arrrrgh, I just realized I’ll be missing “Reservoir Dogs” on Friday evening.

I wish I could play the piano >_< And all kinds of other instruments. A plucking instrument!

I wish I had my books with me… And that I had bigger shelves so that I can display everything. *Misses her books after coming back from home*

Period pains are still a pain. Bad pain. >_<

I bought a cute skirt for $15. I think my legs looks great in them.

I lost my DS stylus but at least I have a couple of spares. If I run out of them, I really want to get those retractable ones which are a lot longer.

An acquaintance of mine said that he hated horror movies almost exactly the same way I do. I’m amazed at how similar our reasons for aversion to it is. 1) Can’t sleep because of the horrible images that’s called up when we close our eyes. 2) It’s somewhat better if watched at the beginning of the day since other kinds of images would take its place. 3) Both of us were somewhat ‘traumatized’ by it when young (although I think his is a worse case). The first horror/thriller movie I was totally freaked out by was one about a VR system that killed you in real life. I couldn’t sleep for fear of getting killed in my dreams.

He also told us the ‘tactics’ to use when bringing girls to watch horror movies. 1) Guys should not wear sweaters so they have an excuse to put their arms over the girl (otherwise, if the girl gets cold he would have to offer her the jacket). 2) If he does wear a jacket/sweater, make sure it’s not stretcheable and best if it is small. So when you share the jacket/sweater, you can get closer.

I saw an old family picture the other day and realized that my brother does really look like my dad. It’s always been hard for me to see the resemblance (maybe because I’m too familiar with their appearances?) I’m told I look like my mom. Hmm.  OTOH, my mom tells me my personality is more like my dad’s while my brother is more like her.

It annoys me my nice GAP shoes are beginning to fall apart. Sigh, I’ll really miss them.

KMT won the Taiwanese elections. Quite a few elections happening this year… And opposition wins too (or at least gains in Malaysia).

I’m glad I have my little key necklace again. It was a birthday present from my mom when I reached my majority.

Hahah, do you want to be ‘the rest 1′ or ‘the rest 2′? LOL.

Sigh… or can we have it on Sunday? Do you feel like playing miniature golf? I really do. Feeling the nostalgia in my old age. Hahah.

I have a thing for miniature golf. They’re so cute. Just that nobody wants to play with me (or at least everyone is busy…) There’s one in Sentosa. We can walk around after that.

And anyway, we’re always hemming and hawing when we choose somewhere to eat. At least if we do some other activity, the focus won’t be about food so much, right? Oh wait, I’m talking to the wrong person. =P

Okay, I guess Sunday’s no good. Pfft.

I hate this period of time, I have so much work to do and lessons get in the way. Actually, I’ve been skipping lectures and a few tutorials. Gaah… At least tutorial participation isn’t as big as in SMU, I guess.

Why did my lecturers have the bright idea of making 4th April the submission date? For THREE projects? I wonder if I’ll graduate this semester.
